2021–2022I returned to IIMB for a Karnataka Administrative Reforms Commission (KARC) project run with the Centre for Public Policy, working directly under Prof. M S Sriram (Chair) on the design and structure of parastatal organisations in Karnataka.

- Supported the development of the commission's report, which was accepted and published by the Government of Karnataka in 2023
