- Built the analytics function from zero across four MVP cycles, managing a data analyst and improving D1, D7, and D30 retention and stickiness
- Ran 5+ primary user studies with 100+ Gen Alpha kids, leading a team of research interns
- Built a prediction system from 100+ user data points to personalise gameplay
- Drove acquisition through four Meta and LinkedIn campaigns reaching 45K+ people with 65K impressions, and onboarded 100+ users through offline channels
- Led offline business development for Terra Studio, securing three B2B partners to bring in early adopters
